to help you organize in to a force to be recognized. You  have  had this

conversation with others. Nothing can be done you say, or they say.

When you as a manufactured home owner, have a problem with bully

landlords.

Some times the land LORD is right.

A lot of the time the land LORD is wrong, and you are right.

Rental law will stabilize unjust rent increases.

The average person is now holding down two jobs to make ends meet.

Rent control is the only answer.

Unless the Government wants to subsidize rents, and guarantee land LORDS profits. 

Of Course you know who pays the taxes. YOU. And you will still pay the land LORD.

The Reasonable thing to do is put a ceiling on rents. All rents at least for low-income housing.

With laws in place to enforce the construction of low income housing so long as we have low in come residents.

I believe we live in a rich enough country that can afford to give tax credits for buying gas-guzzlers like dumber hummers. Then we can help builder’s build low-income housing.

We organize you with us. We forgive and forget all petty differences. We link together and build and army of us, that can petition, create initiatives, and vote.

                     We are independent, and not associated with any political group.

This allows us, to support anyone who is doing the right things.
